1. How are the items being delivered?

    The products are delivered via Australian Post, Aramex, Toll, Allied Express or Hunter Express, depending on the size and weight of the item. A tracking number will be provided after the item is dispatched.

  2. How long does the delivery take?

    Estimated delivery time frames are as follow:

    • For AU customers, in approximately 6 - 8 working days;
    • For USA, CAD customers, in approximately 7 - 10 working days;
    • For International customers, in approximately 12 - 18 working days.

    Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, there is an update on the courier estimated delivery time as below:

    • For AU customers, in approximately 8 - 13 working days;
    • For International customers, in approximately 10 - 20 working days;
    • NOTE:
      • Delivery time only starts after buyers’ payments have been cleared and the item has been dispatched from our warehouse (usually 1-2 working days after the receipt of cleared payment).
      • Our delivery partners and ourselves cannot guarantee delivery on any specific dates or times as this is not something under our control.
      • Due to the ongoing COVID restrictions being placed in different states and natural disasters from time to time, delivery time frames can be affected and your patience in these cases would be appreciated.
  3. When will the item be dispatched?

    Most items will be dispatched the very next day after full payment is received.

  4. Can I come to your warehouse to pay and pick up the item?

    We regret to inform you that the pick-up option from our warehouse is unavailable to maintain dispatch efficiency. Please note that payment needs to be made before the items leave the warehouse.
